What is a Celebrity Thought Leader?: In an increasingly hyper-competitive environment, business development is often the most critical factor determining the success of a professional services firm or a luxury marketer, a start up technology company or even the proverbial “widget” maker. Very often senior management at these various types of businesses equates the quality of their products or the expertise of their employees and partners with financial success. This is, more often than not, a horrendous mistake. That’s not to say that being able to deliver the highest quality service or product isn't important.  We certainly believe this to be the case. But, it’s usually insufficient for the levels of business achievement that these companies are capable of achieving.
